"Sonali’s painting brought the spiritual vibe our home needed. As an ardent Mahadev bhakt, I had requested her to paint a temple door, with Nandi Maharaj seated outside and a Sadhu offering flowers before opening the main door. That’s exactly the painting Sonali created for the entrance of our home—simple, yet perfectly suited to the space. The Sadhu was painted with beautiful detail, and the soft colors of the morning sun reflecting on the flowers and the temple door (as our entrance faces east) added a serene touch. This painting by Sonali Shah... is one of the most attractive pieces of paintings to adorn the walls of our abode. It's amazing how she has captured the essence of our lives in this single frame without any specific inputs from us. The profiles of the two people in the picture are pretty close to the real ones. The backdrop of the guitar, its fret board and strings is a superb idea... all her own. The choice of colors and the medium is immediately impressive and it stays on....I feel fortunate to be owning a painting by such a talented artist. Wishing her all success in her endeavors.
